My son got a birthday surprise from the GH team, they set up the room and gave a complimentary birthday cake.. 🥰
The hotel is stunning and great for photos, but its location by a main road means constant noise from speeding motorcycles all night—not ideal for light sleepers.
Had my wedding here at the pool. The hotel itself is already so beautiful so the decor complements the overall aesthetic really well. Food was good. Staff very professional and friendly. Cleanliness is top notch. Have a lot to say about the rooms though: Honeymoon suite: hot water for bathtub was extremely limited and the tub drain leaks, so dont hope for a relaxed hot water dip after a long day. Big no no for a suite charging 5M IDR per night. Wont be coming back to stay. The lobby was mysteriously difficult to reach, tried calling them throughout the night and morning and always nothing but busy tone.
