We have spent 12 fantastic days in this hotel. The hotel is perfect for adults looking for quite and comfortable spot to relax and enjoy, but what was the most amazing, was the personnel approach to the guests - this hotel have set very high standards and apparently maintain them throughout the time. We were amazed with hospitality, openness and flexibility to accommodate reasonable requests. When founding about our wedding anniversary, hotel changed our room ( upgraded) and decorated the new room and the doors to make us feel special. Cost them nothing but the gesture was very nice and gain our loyalty as we will certainly return to this hotel next year. You do not come across such customer approach too often in our days, sadly. The food and rooms were very good. When booking make sure you specify your room expectations ( sea view etc)and enjoy the stay :)
Fantastic hotel with excellent service and staff! Really good food every day! The rooms are big and well cleaned every day! The beach is nice with many sunbeds and nice swimming! Extra big thanks to Zoe and Mateo for excellent service!! Nice and peaceful! Easy to take the local bus if you want to visit Chania! We will come back 🌟
Firstly, I would say, the service in this hotel is absolutely phenomenal, every member of staff is really attentive and great at what they do! Especially Andreas and one of the ladies at reception (sorry I forgot her name but she was brilliant). My biggest issue with this hotel is that there seems to be preferential treatment, if you have a standard room then you basically have to fight for a sunbed by the pool as there was only about 20 of those. Everyone that upgraded their rooms got their own sunbeds and some even had their own private pool. It felt a bit like a tier system, my advice to anyone staying at this hotel is UPGRADE YOUR ROOM. This was the most disappointing thing to discover when arriving at the hotel. Also as an FYI for everyone looking to book, the ONLY pool you get to use with a standard booking is the one with the swim up bar. There are some lovely other pools around the hotel but they are for people that have the room upgrade. I think there could be more variety at breakfast as well to be honest. Lunch and Dinner were fine but breakfast was a little disappointing. The rooms could also do with an upgrade as it was like being thrown into the 70's, the plug sockets weren't all functional and the TV is super old 😂 Aside from that though, we did still have a great time and as I say, every member of staff was amazing, very lovely people.
