Gili Lankanfushi Maldives

Best resort I’ve been to so far — top notch in every way. Personalized service that makes you feel at home, food that’s the bomb, and villas all built offshore so you get your own live aquarium right under you. If you’re into water sports, Gili has it all — sailing, snorkeling, diving, you name it. And it’s only 20 minutes from Malé airport, so no long tiring transfers. Our 4D3N trip was just perfect. This is my second time in the Maldives and it still feels like paradise. Big thanks to our Mr Friday, Markib & Taslim, and the whole crew for the best hospitality ever ❤️

This place is absolutely amazing. 20 minute boat ride from Male. It is an expensive island and many islands can be had for a fraction of the price, but you are paying for the exclusivity. Not many people on this island. About low 30 over the water bungalows. A handful of them are not connected to the island called Robinson Crusoe. They give you bamboo framed bikes to ride around. They take some getting used to as the frame isn’t solid. This place is beautiful. Everyone gets a butler and they are at your service. You can swim and do some water activities and relax. Not much else to do here. Would definitely go back!

I stayed there in July for 3 nights, the service in the resort is beyond expectations, usually in high end luxury hotels they do whatever you ask for, but at GILI they go beyond they do it before even you ask for it. Every one in the hotel is welcoming and they all know ur name , all the staff no matter where u go in the resort they all know u and welcome u like a family member. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Will definitely visit again
