Ginger Coimbatore

Had stayed for 3 and later 1 night at Ginger, had a good experience staying where the rooms were unexpectedly decently sized with very comfortable bed and clean washroom and rooms. I am a frequent traveller and this was a pleasant experience. In fact for the last night which I booked again as had a flight from Coimbatore they upgraded me to Junior suit and that was again a very good experience. Was greeted very well by Trisha and Astha they were simply very nice, polite and helpful. Would definitely be staying here on my next business trip. Best part is it is quite close to airport.

Facilities & Features: The hotel offers both hot and cold water options, ensuring a comfortable stay. A unique feature I personally liked was that the room key card was required to operate the elevator (for going up), which added an extra layer of security. The hotel has a very modern and contemporary design, with amenities like hand showers, key card access, and sleek interiors, giving it a true new-age vibe. Dining options are well thought out, with choices for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Service & Experience: Our late-night check-in was smooth and hassle-free. To our pleasant surprise, the staff even offered us a complimentary room upgrade to a higher luxury category, suggesting it would be more comfortable for our short stay. Such gestures reflect the hotel’s focus on guest satisfaction. Added Advantage: One of the biggest perks — apart from being close to the airport — is having the famous Annapoorna restaurant right next door. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast there, which was a major plus. Final Verdict: Overall, Ginger Hotel Coimbatore is an excellent option for airline travelers looking for a clean, modern, and convenient stay near the airport. Whether it’s for a short stopover or a quick overnight stay, I highly recommend this hotel for its location, facilities, and thoughtful service.

Good for a couple of nights. Quick and efficient check-in/out, Wake-up call on time. Good to see smiling faces welcoming and bidding farewell. I was not well and Reception went out of their ways and help get morning dose while checking out. Full marks for eagerness to help. Food in Room-service was poor - Grilled sandwich and Soup served in the room were both COLD!!! Taste also nothing to talk about. Hope this helps to improve food.
