We had a good stay at Ginger with all services provided on time. Its quite well connected to the city with a metro station near by and easily accessable to other transports. Special mention for Hasifh from reception for all help extended. Thank you so much for making us feel at home🙏🙏 god bless with more growth & business🙌🙌
Its the worst ever service i have ever seen. The bed size is too small and we have paid 4500 including tax to sleep on double size bed. I went with my family and 11 months small baby and i could not sleep properly. When i asked for a extra bed as the bed size is small , they told me to pay 800 for my 11 months baby. The main issue is not paying for the bed, they must have mentioned the bed size if its too small. Its not worthy to pay 4500 for a single room with small bed size(other hotels with Rs.3000, i can get big size bed) . Better go to other hotels at least to have big size bed with good quality service.
