My recent stay at Glee Nairobi Hotel was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The service here is, without a doubt, the highlight of the hotel — attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. A special mention to Philip, who welcomed us with a warm smile and took the time to explain everything about our room in detail. His helpful and courteous approach immediately made us feel at ease and set the tone for a pleasant stay. The rooms themselves are nothing short of excellent. Spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, they offer a perfect blend of modern comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall layout of the room was thoughtfully designed, making it an ideal space to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the small details like the high-speed Wi-Fi, ample lighting, and quiet atmosphere — all of which added to the overall comfort. Another thing that stood out was the seamless check-in and check-out process. Everything was handled efficiently, and the front desk staff were not just professional, but genuinely kind and welcoming. Whether you're visiting Nairobi for business or leisure, Glee Nairobi Hotel offers a peaceful and luxurious escape. The exceptional rooms combined with world-class service make it a place I would gladly return to and highly recommend to others.

We visited The Glee Restaurant, and while the initial welcome was a little slow we even had to call the waiters the food more than made up for it. There was even a funny (and slightly spooky) moment when the lights went off while I was in the loo, leaving me in total darkness. 😅 Still, the atmosphere, good vibes, and absolutely delicious food made it a memorable experience. Definitely worth a visit!

Had a great afternoon with family. Enjoyed the mushroom soup, Milanese pork and very good wine. The staff are amazing and welcomed us from the reception. Our waiter Stephen was extremely pleasant and attentive to us.
