Globales Palmanova Palace

Really enjoyed our stay at Globales Palmanova Palace. Great location — close to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was a big highlight — very tasty, lots of variety, and something new every day. Everything we tried was good. Room was clean and comfortable, pool area nice and not too crowded. Overall, good service and a solid hotel. Would stay here again.

Hotel nice, staff friendly, rooms clean, loved the terrace with little pool, enjoyed interaction with staff, aqua aerobics and archery. Unfortunately the food was almost inedible. I lived off salad nearly all week and that wasn't that nice either. Not much choice on mains. Chicken possibly undercooked, I didn't eat it. Breakfast - Scrambled egg watery and tasteless, bacon and sausages just weird tasting, a lot of garlic in mushrooms. Desserts were nice though. Not impressed with 48 euro charge for safe in room, rather excessive I thought.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Terrible food, rooms are dirty and dated, unprofessional and rude staff and managers. Especially the guy from the picture. Be careful he is very aggressive. But duty manger - Florian really don’t care about it. I will report this hotel for all the lies and staff behaviour!!!! I paid for all inclusive and was not able to go for few hours to my room to pick up my medication - I need insulin. Took the taxi and went to the hospital to get my injection. I have asked manger to call the police but they refused. From my room air pods was stolen. Also, on the other picture the lady she is a liar and gave me all the wrong information, charged me twice and after this she said is not true. PEOPLE DTAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL REALLY YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE RUINED. And keep your children away from black hair activity guy… !!!!
