We stayed for two weeks at the end of June '25. One of us is a wheelchair user and as we booked last minute, we were unable to secure an accessible room. However, there was space in the superior room and with our own bath board, we made it work. Throughout our stay we experienced a high level of service, in particular the team on the 8th floor, who were exceptional. Expressing personal gratitude to Pedro, Maribel & Toni who went out of their way to look after us and ensure we had unhindered access to the pool area (there are 5 steps up to the pool and then a mechanical chair that slowly lowers you into the pool). All 3 of them went above & beyond to ensure we both enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The views are stunning and the location is perfect for local restaurants, bars and entertainment. We shall return!
My husband and I, stayed for a week in June, half board. We were impressed at how clean the hotel was. Felt it catered for everyone's needs. I'm a non swimmer, so only went in the small pool, where I felt confident. We found the staff on all levels were friendly. We have already booked to return to this hotel next year.
We recently returned from our stay on Tuesday, and overall, the hotel has its pros and cons. The location is definitely a highlight—set in a lovely area with plenty of great pubs and restaurants nearby. The room itself was decent; however, as it was booked for three people, it did feel a bit cramped. One major issue we experienced was with the sunbeds, which I noticed many other guests have also mentioned. While I understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, it was frustrating to see loungers with towels on them from early in the morning, left unused for most of the day. For example, we were next to a couple who had two loungers with towels on them from 9am to 5pm and never showed up once. I believe the hotel could do more to manage this—perhaps by introducing clearer rules or monitoring usage—to ensure fair access for all guests. It’s a small change that could make a big difference in everyone’s experience.
