Great sea view and value for money! Glory Beach Resort is a great place for a short getaway. The sea view from the rooms is beautiful, and the beach is just a short walking distance away, their own small private beach, which is not very large but definitely peaceful and scenic. The swimming pool is well-maintained, though it closes at 8pm, so plan your swim accordingly. The view from the resort is really nice, especially during sunset. The room condition was good and clean—comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. There’s also plenty of parking space, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s an affordable hotel with decent facilities, great location, and a relaxing environment. Would recommend for families or couples looking for a beachside stay without breaking the bank.

This hotel offers an affordable short term holiday for family and extended friends. It is well known place among locals. However there are many reasons that this hotel services can be improved as a tourist destination and vacation spot. The swimming pool is a great place including the beach front. Not sure how come there isn’t any lifeguard present at the pool though. Isn’t it mandatory to have lifeguards at each public pool? The rooms needs to be spruced up including the entire building in my honest opinion. My experience for a 3 room apartment booked with only a single access card given and any additonal with deposit is a surprise!Typically 2 access cards are given. The limited breakfast menu needs to be immediately improved - nasi lemak was certainly below par and tasteless and dissapointingly the roti canai were ready made ones served! No omelette but sunny side up only. We should be proud of our Malaysian wide varied food culture but what was served was distasteful. Why? Please bring back this iconic hotel to it’s glory days!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay at Glory Beach Resort I had a truly unpleasant experience at Glory Beach Resort and feel compelled to share it to help others avoid the same. - Bed Bugs: I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites and had to switch rooms due to bed bugs. This was both distressing and unacceptable. - Outdated Rooms: The room was in poor condition — outdated furniture, worn-out fixtures, and a general lack of cleanliness. - Dishonesty: I left behind my earbuds and contacted the resort shortly after. They claimed not to have found them, which felt dishonest and disappointing. - Unsafe Lift: The elevator felt unstable and gave off a sense of being unsafe, adding to the discomfort. - Overall Experience: Between the bed bugs, the outdated facilities, and the lack of integrity from staff, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation. There are far better and safer options in the area.
