It was a good stay. Especially the food and the restaurant staff were exceptional. Only negative was that during the check out the reception staff asked to wait since they need to check the room/minibar. But they kept me waiting since no response/delay from their team. In the end, they said we checked, everything is good but they don't value your time. This needs to be fast.
It is a wonderful hotel near the mountainous hills in Munnar. Many great views of the landscape are truly picturesque. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I am very thankful to the staff for helping plan a small surprise for my wife on her birthday while we were staying there. There are some restaurants and chocolate shops nearby that are in driving distance, but I wouldn't recommend walking as the roads are curvy and not many sidewalks. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would be very pleased if I were to stay there again. 05/2025
Great place for a relaxing stay. Brilliant Food and Beverage Team with very warm and attentive hospitality. Nice location with scenic views. Some upgrades to room and washroom fitments can take this property to the next level.
