We spent a day there, and the place was quite nice. Of course, it’s not on the same level as, El Sahel, but it’s definitely one of the better spots in Alexandria. Honestly, I appreciated how hard the staff worked to keep the place clean and well-maintained. However, the one thing I didn’t like was the toilet. I’m not sure if it was due to poor maintenance or just bad usage by visitors, but honestly, it made the experience uncomfortable. As for the overall value, I think the prices are very reasonable for what the place offers. The food was good, and the coffee was actually not bad.
I recently stayed at this hotel. Honestly, the room itself was clean and comfortable — no complaints about cleanliness. However, there were some disappointing service issues. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and slippers were not provided in the room. We had to call and request them, which is not what I would expect from a hotel of this level. We were charged for an extra bed, but it was never delivered to the room. When I called to ask about it, the staff responded with, “Do you really want it?” — which was very unprofessional. If we paid for it, obviously we expect it. The quality of the food was also below expectations. Definitely not the best. During checkout, the receptionist asked me where the pool towels were. I told her they were in the room, and instead of sending someone to collect them, she insisted that I go back upstairs myself and bring them down. This was quite inconvenient and felt unnecessary. Overall, the hotel has potential but the service quality and staff attitude need serious improvement
Honestly I’ve travelled the world and the treatment from all the male security staff at both gates was really bad. I’m a respectable tourist only wanting to soak briefly in the sea I did not carry any cash with me because I was intending on going to the beach to have a swim, I only had my credit card and I was turned away quite rudely. Only one woman staff at the second entrance was very understanding and very apologetic. She even said she would pay for me if she had the cash which gives you a good idea how bad I was treated. Since when do Egyptians own the sea????? Charging locals 500 Egyptian pound each to enter the beach area so they can mix with Hotel guests Is a reflection of what the hotel is? Greedy I will never stay with this chain or recommend it.
