Wonderful Stay at Golden Sands Hotel – Excellent Service by Mr. Salman (receptionist) I recently stayed at Golden Sands Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently for our travel plans. A special mention goes to Mr. Salman at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely courteous, professional, helpful and kind. He made our check-in smooth and quick, patiently answered all our queries, and even offered great suggestions His warm and welcoming attitude really appreciated and made us feel at home. Customer service like this truly enhances the hotel experience. Thank you, Mr. Salman, and the entire Golden Sands team for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

I recently had an issue with the AC in my room, and I was lucky to have Julius Ssebabi come to help. He was incredibly respectful, cheerful, and very kind throughout the entire process. I had a very pleasant stay at Golden Sand Hotel & Apartments. The room was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to relax or work comfortably. I especially appreciated the private balcony, which offered a nice view and fresh air – a great spot to unwind in the evening. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, both in the rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, from reception to housekeeping. They made check-in and check-out smooth and were quick to assist with any requests. I also felt very safe during my stay Overall, this is a great place to stay for both short and long visits.
