Excellent place to stay. I was offered this hotel during a flight-stop-over. I really enjoyed this place. Very good, nice, clean and tidy rooms, excellent service quality and good quality meal. The staff at reception were very professional and helpful. The waiting area very nice. The buffet meal was nice and tasty. Would love to stay there again.
If you have a long stopover in Bahrain on your Gulf Air flight to another destination you may be able to get a free hotel room. We had a 17 hour stopover and got a free room at this hotel, with free breakfast, lunch and dinner, a free shuttle bus...and a voucher for another meal at the airport!! We used the hotel for breakfast and a snooze and freshen-up before exploring Bahrain: had time for the museum, a souq, the beach and a mooch around the city.
Nothing more than a 3 star hotel. My biggest surprise was when I asked the receptionist oh do you have something like Uber, she said no. But in fact bahrain does have uber so she's uneducated about her own country that she lives in. Crazy. Regardless rooms are mid, food is mid, place is mid.
