It was a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip Gurugram. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Ankur, who ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. The service, hospitality, and overall ambiance were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurugram.
Absolutely disgraceful experience with Golden Tulip Hotel A year ago, I made an advance payment during my stay with my staff during yearly meetup, thinking I was dealing with professionals. I was wrong. That trust was placed in Saurabh Chowdhary, Navin Jha, the accounts department Mr. R. Bhatia. And they’ve done nothing but disappoint. It’s been over a year, and despite repeated follow-ups, sharing every single document, and countless polite reminders, they’ve still not returned the extra money I paid. I’ve been patient. I’ve given them more than enough chances. But now, it’s clear - they just don’t care. The staff is unhelpful, the management is careless and run by internal corruption. What should’ve been a simple refund has turned into a nightmare. If you’re reading this and considering a stay at Golden Tulip, do yourself a favor - go anywhere else. No one deserves this kind of treatment.
I booked from Cleartrip on 16th july but while i reached to the hotel, the staff Adarsh denied to give me the room by syaing no room available, the available room was given to someone else, after requesting to 1 hour with cleartrip and hotel they said there is. Suit room which will additionally cost me 12000 after whatever o paid to cleartrip it was very late in the night. I request them to call GM , initially they denied and when i said that i will file a police complaint then they called GM and gave phone to me. The GM refued to gove me the room and he said if i want to take the room pay cash 12000 additionally but only in cash, after such incident they gave me room at 2 pm and that is also dirty with bad smell. However i stayed bcoz it was late in the night. Next day i called Cleartrip but they denied to help me. And asked for refund which is also refused. #fraudgoldentulip #fraudclearteip I will also file case at consumer protection court.
