We attended an iftar buffet, as per their earlier info, the time is 6 pm to 8 pm. But they closed the buffet before 7.30pm, in spite of iftar started 6.30pm. Less than hour. We were disappointed. Food tasted good, but finished and not refilled for the last persons. Please improve.
It’s just a bit sad place to be in . It’s just doesn’t have a happy vibe . Location is good easy to find , and restrooms has a perfume but has that smell which is a bit off
I was recently visiting Hail and stayed in hotel.First impression is cleanliness and hospitality, but definitely need some “anti aging “ make over:) Staff are very professional and kind.Room was clean and spacious.My only complaint is for people who allegedly working for hotel but they are very unprofessional.I have had a very bad experience with taxi driver who was unprofessional and greedy and I miss my transport so I have to stay for one more night.
