The hotel liked much, very good price-quality ratio! Very good service at all places, starting from food service to housekeeping and animation team.Staff not focused on tips, but very big pleasure to give one. Special greetings for hotel GM-very smiled, polite and helpful person. The hotel has amazing greenery, very well-kept and manicured! Every night there are some animations. All inclusive local alco. Make some coctails as well. Our stay was in the middle of march 25. Perfect holidays, happy to be there-strongly recommend!

Wonderful resort about one hour from Marsa Alam airport. Great beach with great reef. Food is good and full of different choices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gardens and pools are really beautiful. Good wi-fi throughout the entire resort. Rooms are clean and spacious, but would need some renovation.

Our first time booking here and we were immediately very happy. It was a 1.5-hour drive from the airport, and we arrived quite late (around 2 AM), but we were warmly welcomed by Hanny Shaker, who gave us all the ins and outs about the hotel. The hotel is spacious and very clean. Both the rooms and common areas were cleaned thoroughly every day. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It felt special that the hotel manager came by our table to introduce himself. A small issue came up, but it was fixed right away great service that shows they truly care about guest satisfaction. The buffet food was tasty, though I would’ve loved to see a bit more Egyptian culture in the dishes. As a young couple, we would’ve appreciated a small disco or evening entertainment that lasted a bit longer everything shut down by 11 PM. By the sea, we met some local vendors. Mr. Aladin approached us politely and ended up doing beautiful henna tattoos for both of us. On my request, he also made a custom painting that now hangs proudly on our wall. Big shout-out to Hanny and Mamhout from the restaurant team for making our stay unforgettable. Thank you, thank you!
