Disappointing experience overall. We booked a suite at nearly $600 per night expecting a higher level of service, but were let down on several fronts. There was no valet and no room service available. The bathroom was incredibly small for a suite—so much so that the door opened directly onto the toilet. One of the main reasons we chose this room was because the sofa was advertised as a pull-out bed. When we asked to have it made up while we were out to dinner, we were told there was no staff available to do it, but that the sheets were already on the sofa. When I asked about pillows and blankets, I was told someone from the lobby might be able to bring some up. Only two elevators were working during our stay, leading to long wait times every day—especially frustrating given how busy the hotel was. The two restaurants listed on the hotel’s website are not actually affiliated with the hotel, which meant we couldn’t charge meals to our room as we had expected. To top it off, when we found the room uncomfortably cold, we were told we couldn’t adjust the thermostat and our only options were to turn off the AC completely or request extra blankets. For the price, the lack of basic services and amenities was really surprising. Not at all what you’d expect from a property charging this much per night

I wish I read the reviews before booking this hotel. I have stayed at graduate hotels in other locations and had a great experience so I was expecting the same but I was incredibly disappointed. I 100% agree with all the negative reviews...dated, moldy, dark, dirty, amenities not working...I could go on and on. I will certainly never stay here again and I advise others not to as well. If Hilton doesn't care enough, then you should spend your money elsewhere.

I had originally booked a room with two king beds, I was provided a room with only one … this was fine just unexpected. Upon leaving I left my phone charger in the room, called immediately explained that I had left it plugged into the bedside table lamp outlet and that I would like it back. I was transferred to housekeeping and forced to leave a message. Next day I finally got a hold of a person and oddly enough my charger is now missing. This really sours my taste on this hotel. For the $514 for the single night I paid the least they could do is give me back my charger …
