Really nice old style hotel. Convenient, right on the central square. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby that is hard to describe, Old world charm. Our room is spacious, clean and has a king size bed. Excellent place to stay!
This is our favorite place to stay in one of my favorite cities. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and warm. Unfortunately I got very sick when I was there a month ago by no fault of the hotel. They were so kind and helped us get a doctor to the room. The lobby is stunning! The food at the restaurant is very good. And the location is unbeatable. This was our second stay and we plan to go back.
My daughter and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Gran Hotel. The building is magnificent and full of history. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quite nice. The location is perfect, particularly if you are visiting Mexico City for the first time. But the service stands out as truly spectacular. The bellman - Emmanuel, Abraham, and others - make us feel safe and truly cared for. We will return!
