Flawless stay , everything was perfect! This hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm and sincere attitude. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, a very cozy bed, and thoughtful amenities. Daily housekeeping was impeccable and discreet. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and abundant, with high-quality ingredients and several local options, a real highlight every morning. The location was also perfect: central, safe, and within walking distance of all major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet
I really like the hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, lots of attractions inside, and a huge, comfortable bed. The only downside is that other guests make noise until the early morning hours, shouting and rearranging furniture at night, but that's not the hotel's fault. I really recommend it.
Rooms and bathroom are impeccable - 5 star level. Service from front desk is also top notch and friendly. The most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. Location is not within walking distance to Catedral Square, but, taxi ride was just €6 so this place is a fantastic value.
