As a former Havana local, I absolutely love this hotel. The breathtaking view of El Capitolio beautifully inspired by the Roman Capitol and the iconic Gran Teatro de La Habana, designed by the talented Paul Belau, always fills me with pride. Both are stunning and a true testament to the city’s rich architectural heritage before the communism. The hotel itself is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable, the service is warm and welcoming, and everything is always sparkling clean. Definitely my go to with my bestie for a girls weekend 💖 A wonderful place to stay that captures the heart of Havana!
Beautiful Hotel with limitations of supplies like no coffee in the room though they provided the machine. But to be fair this may be due to the import sanctions. Service is ok not up yo par to other Kempinski properties we stayed in. Location was nice and the hotel itself indeed is beautiful
Rooftop bar has fantastic views but that's about it. Service is non existent even by Cuban standards. 10 USD for a sparkling water -uhm, I don't think so!
