Novosibirsk Marriott Hotel has undoubtedly the best location in town, facing the Opera, right in the heart of the city. The rooms, while not the most spacious, are very comfortable and well equipped. Facilities include swimming pool, gym and sauna. All of the staff have been most cordial and caring during our stay. A very special thanks to Artyom, the executive chef, whose kindness and care have been a highlight of our trip. And by the way, the food there is fantastic!

Great hotel. Centrally located. Walking distance of museums and shopping centre. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet. Excellent selection and even someone to make omelette and scrambled eggs. Restaurant on ground floor is good and staff in restaurant and reception are friendly and helpful.

Okay, for a chain, and the outside looks like Gaudy came east, but the location can’t be beat. Fight the host of weddings there during summer to get a spot on the rooftop bar. Views of the opera house are spectacular. As for the hotel, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a Marriott, with a very central location. Recommended, if only for its location, but for travelers, what’s more important than a safe clean bed in the right spot to get out and explore?
