I'm a Catholic clergyman who came with 3 family members, primarily as pilgrims to the famous Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. My previous work has taken me to more than 30 countries, and I truly believe this is the best hotel experience I've ever had, anywhere. Every aspect of our 5-night stay has been outstanding. Jacqueline obtained an upgrade for me, as a Diamond member, before our arrival, and the junior suite was fantastic - extremely comfortable with a beautiful view in a well located part of the city. However, it was the service and amenities that really made our experience unmatched. The happy hour in the executive lounge has superb food and drinks every morning and evening. All staff, there and throughout the hotel, are extremely friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was great. In short, I happily recommend the hotel for any business or family trip to Mexico City, and I can't wait to return as soon as possible!

Our stay at Hilton Mexico City Reforma was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. The hotel’s location was ideal, allowing easy access to many of Mexico City’s attractions. Rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Overall, we loved our experience and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico City.

We’ve been enjoying happy hour at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma, and everything has been absolutely delicious. A special mention to Leonel, who has been here every day with such kindness and excellent service — he truly made our experience wonderful.
