My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. The service throughout my stay was consistently attentive, efficient, and friendly—every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Especially Mr Lai who helped every time we asked for any help with full heart and big smile . I wanted Singapore currency in smaller denominations which he immediately arranged. All the staffs are very helpful. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping maintained everything to a high standard, and the concierge offered fantastic local recommendations. Indian food items could have been better. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a flawless hospitality experience.

Pros : - Rooms are very confortable - Cleaning is done as expected with all the items needed brought daily - Check-in was good Cons : - Room service close very early for a 5 stars hotel - Hotel restaurant prices are a little too high for the quality of the meals & service proposed - Service for taxi / check-out / to buy some things at the reception is not good enough - Lifts are not convenient, for the top floor rooms you need to wait some time and stop very often. It’s taking few long minutes just to go at the reception sometimes.

The front desk service at this hotel does not match the standard expected of its rating. Staff were slow and unwelcoming. The only person who left a positive impression was a Chinese housekeeper she was attentive, kind, and truly professional. Apart from her, there’s little about this hotel that would make me want to return. There were several issues during my stay. Upon check-in, I found cockroaches in the room. For the first few days, the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly condensation formed on the floors and mirrors, which nearly caused me to slip when going to the bathroom at night. These are serious safety and hygiene concerns. To be fair, after I emailed a complaint to customer service, the hotel responded quickly and addressed the issues. However, I still believe that these problems should never have happened in the first place. Compensation was only offered after I escalated the matter not something I’d expect from a hotel of this supposed standard.
