Grand Hotel and Casino

Wife and I stayed here twice, each stay one night. The rooms were fresh, clean, very comfortable and the view was awesome out towards the Harbour. Reception staff were friendly, full of smiles and efficient at what they did. Ground floor bar staff and restaurant staff were jovial, friendly and genuinely interested in your travel movements around Vanuatu, very chatty. Food (Quality, portion and taste) and beverages were excellent. Would definitely stay here again. We obtained an awesome on-line rate which was far better than some of the other accommodation booking sites

Beautiful place right in port villa, love the piano music at dinner. very neat and clean, service desk very helpful. what a happy place Vanuatu is! newly renovated place. peaceful serenity. gorgeous veiws. No mould in the rooms👍😀 good air con. restaurant was delightful food was great at every meal. all was so pleasant and relaxed. no one is in a hurry💕lots of care smiles and laughter! flowers were beautiful in our room on our anniversary.

Our room had minimal aircon after 3 nights they got vents cleaned, hot water for shower wasn’t hot, barely warm. Omelettes at breakfast were great and restaurant staff very nice. Casino disgusting up and downstairs with cigarette smoke. Pool had so much chlorine we couldn’t swim but nice to sit near. Didn’t hear the noise from the club. Panoramic room has nice view but wouldn’t stay again.
