The hotel is perfectly located in the Grand Square, making it easy for you to explore the charming old town. You'll find a great selection of restaurants and bars just a short walk away, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, don’t miss the rooftop bar—it's a fantastic spot to unwind and soak in the beautiful views!
Fantastic location just off the main square. We had a mezzanine room which let the kids have their own space upstairs with two single beds and the room was huge! Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom well appointed with "white company" toiletries. Given the location I was surprised how quiet it was. Every staff member we spoke to was attentive and helpful. Everyone spoke English which was helpful as my french is a bit rusty! We didn't have eat in the hotel so can't comment. Sadly the roof terrace was closed during the day which is a shame! Late checkout (1200h) was standard which was fantastic with kids. Really enjoyed our all too brief stay!
I don't really know where to start with this hotel. The location is excellent. Right on the Grand Place and a 10 minute stroll from the international station where you'll find the Eurostar. The staff were friendly and happy to help. There was some really lovely decor and fabulous chandeliers and wallpaper. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but not bad either, a standard continental (although lacking in vegetarian alternatives). But. There is literally no disabled access into the hotel. There are large steps up into the building and no other entrance. The hotel advertises an 'accessible room' which we had, and luckily I am an ambulatory wheelchair user so my partner was able to carry my chair up the stairs, but there was no communication to let us know that the hotel would not be suitable for someone who was not ambulant. The elevator is very small and I just managed to squeeze in, in a standard sized chair with power attachment. The 'accessible room' was large, with a big comfortable bed. There was a very large wet room style bathroom but with no shower chair and no grab rails for the shower either. No bath. A very confusing set up!! Good value for money for able bodied people.
