My experience at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled by the lake with breathtaking mountain views. The room was elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. What really made the stay special were the staff — every employee we met was genuinely sweet, attentive, and so helpful. Their warm hospitality made us feel completely welcomed and cared for. A perfect luxury getaway — totally recommend

This hotel is simply unbelievable! Located in such a special and beautiful setting. My husband and I visited the hotel before we decided to get married there and we’ve been back multiple times since (coming back again soon). They certainly gave us the wedding of our dreams ❤️ (a special thank you to Kathrin and Tatiana who both did, and continue to do an amazing job). Everything from the service, food, atmosphere, cleanliness, the spa (the massages are exceptional. All of the Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. They remember us from our previous visits which adds a nice personal touch. They all go out of their way to make sure we have what we need, and It’s lovely to see that people love working there too. Reception provides a lovely warm welcome each time. (you are greeted with a smile and a glass of fizz or hot drink) Rooms - very clean, specious, the beds are super comfortable (you get to pick your preferred pillow type prior arrival) and not to mention the view of the lake, surrounding mountains and the valley. Breakfast - food choices are endless! With everything fresh and tasty. Bar – offers delicious cocktails and great food too! With prompt and friendly service. Their burger and chicken Caesar salad is particularly delicious! Main restaurant - chef Miroslav has a true talent, and his dishes are like art! Even when cooking for our wedding for a lot of people at the same time food was excellent and all our guests commented on how delicious everything was. We can’t wait to eat there again! (their steak cooked on the green egg is a stand out must try) Spa - this is the best spa we’ve been too (and we are well travelled) It feels so relaxing and is never overcrowded. It is clean and offers great treatments. We always book the full body massages which is a special treat. There is literally nothing to fault in this place. See you in few weeks’ time Kempinsky! ❤️

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski in the High Tatras, Slovakia was nothing short of magical. We had a very wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s location is absolutely superb, right in front of the lake with breathtaking views that create a serene and unforgettable atmosphere. The breakfast and the half-board dinner at the hotel’s main restaurant were simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor — a true delight for food lovers. Dining while overlooking the picturesque scenery made it even more special. What truly elevated our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The attention to detail and level of hospitality exceeded our expectations in every way. The spa was another highlight — peaceful, luxurious, and rejuvenating. We especially loved the relaxation area facing the lake, which added an extra layer of calm and beauty to the experience. The entire atmosphere of the hotel was tranquil and perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend Grand Hotel Kempinski to anyone looking for a perfect getaway filled with romance, relaxation, and first-class service. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning.
