Grand Hotel Primavera

Wooow what a Italian lemon faces. I payed 60€ for spa where I had to be hushed, where u can't use sauna proper way, people rounding eyes,or run on gym machine coz it makes sound..I'm sorry why on earth u have that machine...my kids were asked to not to talk and at 8 pm came 4 young girls were they made proper swimming party and was ok..horrible service, and Italians are such allergic to kids, no wonder their happiness store is 6...start to roots and joy..

First impression and welcome was very good. But then we were disappointed. For the evening we reserved the SPA. So we went to the Spa and got the information that we have to pay again and it is already to late as they close now. (when we arrived they told us, it is free for us and just reserved for us this evening). On the next day my girlfriend had bites from bed bugs... At the end it was a total fail... The owner was unreasonable and threatened with the police if we don't pay the full price...

Horrible Hotel: - intermitent warm water (no hot water) - super old room - you could count the springs in the bed - unfriendly staff in at breakfast - poor breakfast (horrible coffee) - expensive My room was 15 m away from front desk and could hear everything outside. People shouting well into the night didn't let me sleep and I had a 8 hour drive ahead of me. Highly recommend booking somewhere else.
