Grand Hotel Primorsko

I don't understand what the bad reviews are about. Let's adress some issues people allegedly had. 1. Staff not being nice - I haven't encountered that, on bar I mostly received my drink with a smile, same with receptionists and room service 2. Staff not speaking English - Again, on the bar they knew enough english to make my order correctly - Receptionists knew English decently - only the room service didn't know english but you don't have much to talk about - just put a hanger on the door saying clean my room or don't clean my room Food was great I seen someone say "food was same everyday" - YES IT IS - buffet style - you got literally everything there, not much more they could add Room was clean when we arrived and it remained throughout our stay. And sea is like 5 minutes away with your own part of the beach and designated seats and umbrellas - which is a nice bonus Overall I don't understand the hate / low ratings, I enjoyed my stay very much and I haven't encountered any of said issues.

+ The location of the hotel (very close to the beach) - No WiFi access in the flat which for me is a great - and the TV cable programs do not work (you can watch only YouTube for some reason,other TV channels require subscription),the rooms are tidy but there is not a washing machine,not hairdryer in the bathroom.They do not change the towels,there is not toilet paper in the bathroom at all for the whole stay.Nobody came to clean the rooms(flat) Too crowded swimming pool with mission impossible to get a sunbed for two days in a row. For me the category of the hotel is definitely not 4 stars and not worth the money you pay for the stay.I pay 100 + pounds per night and this does not include even breakfast. Not happy with the stay,the only advantages are the clean swimming pool and location. Definitely I will use a different hotel next year.

The hotel is located in what I believe is the most attractive part of Primorsko, and the pool area is also very nice. Unfortunately, the staff barely speak a word of English, which makes even ordering a simple Coke unnecessarily difficult. The food was very disappointing, very limited variety. Room cleanliness was just average, and during our one-week stay, the bed sheets were never changed.
