The price is reasonable. Near the bus stop and the large shopping center Bars. The price of the room includes breakfast, very decent. Rooms 6a 15a are quite large. Room 7a stinks of sewage. The largest of the cheap ones is 14a. It is the only one in the room with a huge bathroom and bath. Smoking is allowed in all rooms. Before check-in, you need to air the whole day. The windows are small, but there are vents in all rooms. Dinner 500 rubles is not worth the money. I recommend taking food in Bars and asking for plates with forks, have dinner in the room. In the same building there is a gym, a hairdresser, a cafe.

The staff is wonderful, polite, tactful. The cook is a normal guy, well done, everything is delicious, the choice of food is not bad. The prices in the hotel are very affordable. Wi-Fi is good, stable. And the location is excellent in the city. In a word, everything is super, but! This smell in the rooms is a nightmare. It either smells like old great-great-great-grandmother's furniture, or sewage. The ventilation sucks here, the windows are very small, only the vents open, so you can't even air out the room. I'm tired of burning aroma candles here, it's disgusting to breathe in the rooms.

I was on a business trip, the room was very cold (I asked for a heater, they provided it without any problems), and there was also a rather strong smell of sewage. The walls and doors are so thin that if someone sneezes and you tell him “bless you,” they will hear you and answer “thank you.” The furniture requires replacement and the rooms need renovation.
