I reached the hotel by mistake looking for anthor hotel.... But the reception Narjes was soo nice lady she explained everything about the city and she answered all our questions.... At the end I cancelled my booking in the other hotel and stay in this hotel because of Narjes kindness..... The cost is unbeatable compared to the services you get.... The hotel is in the nice small park..... And the city is opposite with different transport options available avilible all around
It seems to me everything is perfect except from administrations’ attitude. They should be taught to how to talk with clients. There are table tennis, billiards and of course swimming pool. The price is also cheaper compared to other hotels which have same convenience and service.
The Grand Hotel Uzbekistan is a beautiful part of the Jizzakh skyline, and is situated in a very nice park, in the center of the city. Unfortunately, its location and exterior are its only positives. Inside, the hotel is cramped, with low ceilings, poor lighting, and excessive heating. Rooms are relatively large, but have the same issues listed above and rock hard beds. The whole building appears to have not been renovated since its construction some time in the 1970s or 1980s. Service is acceptable but not ideal. The continental breakfast was a few items and plates that looked half cleaned. Overall, the Sharif Rashidov park outside the hotel is lovely to visit and walk around, but I would recommend a different hotel for you stay in Jizzakh
