Grand Hotel Villa Politi

What a beautiful hotel!! Melissa was exceptional and gave us first class service from the moment she saw us. She was so pleasant to have around, very accommodating, attentive and knew some good tunes for the pool. Thank you to everyone especially Melissa for being so kind and making our stay a lovely one!!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel. The service was amazing and the hotel was a dream. I was very happy with the service I received in the pool section of the hotel. I felt very comfortable and extremely happy that there was someone who spoke English as I don't speak or understand Italian. She was great. She explained so much to me and was very helpful to my family and myself. The only disappointing issue I had with the hotel was the dinning area. My fork had egg stuck to it and my wife's plate had a sauce stain on the side of it. It was a big turn off for us. The food was great. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I will be returning soon.

Hotel Villa Politi is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed staying there. The rooms were beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The majority of the staff were amazing. We really liked the girl who worked at the pool. She was friendly, professional and very efficient. She took very good care of us. Sebastian the manager was also very professional and also made sure we were taken care of as he would serve us on occasion. The only drawback from our stay was a female staff member who we overheard others referring to as Francesca. She was very rude to us and the other guests at the hotel. For instance, my family and I were in the breakfast room waiting for someone to help serve us. She walked in and completely ignored us. When we finally got her attention she was rude and appeared miserable. This happened throughout our stay. Otherwise we can't wait to come back next year!
