I had the best service experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. Sender and Joelle were absolutely wonderful—both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make our visit special. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place, and a big thank you to Sender and Joelle for the amazing service! 3 stars for the room just because the toilet seat is incredibly uncomfortable

This not the first time at the Grand Hyatt , I have come to the hotel for different occasions and really enjoyed my stay each time. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is good especially enjoyed the breakfast. I would like to thank our server Ms. Dina, who was very helpful.
