This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. The facility was extremely clean and well thought out. I loved all the seating areas, fire pits, and 3 hot tubs!! The view off the back terrace is incredible. It’s in a great location - easy to get to Park City and outdoor activities. The elevators are incredibly fast. The room closet is huge. I appreciated a humidifier was provided as well! Every single staff member I interacted with - check-in desk, bar tender, wait staff, maid service, pool attendant, barista, valet service - I had a great experience with. Whoever is hiring and training is doing a fantastic job. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and was incredibly professional. Even if a mishap occurred, every staff member was working hard and as a team to quickly correct and improve the experience of the guests. I am so glad I was able to be a guest here and will definitely be recommending it to others!! I hope to return soon!!

My husband and I came here for a weekend getaway. We got a discounted rate because my husband is a Veteran. We also got a discounted rate on valet as well it was $20 a night, along with 30% off on the restaurants inside the hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly. Valet attendants were efficient and friendly, Our room was very nice and clean. We have no complaints and would return again.

I stayed for one night at this hotel. I expect Deer Valley hotels to be expensive, but at this point with no connection to Deer Valley yet, and being off the beaten path, it’s not worth it. Maybe someday with the area being fully developed and close to other amenities it will be. Room: The hotel itself is luxurious and I was happy with the room. It was a lovely room, and small details like creative lighting and modern decor make it feel posh even in a small space. I was also very happy with the comfort of the bed. The unfortunate part of the room was being woken up by the dog barking in the room next door. While I appreciate a dog friendly hotel, I think it would be better to have a certain section of rooms that are dog friendly, so at least you could expect being woken up by barking. Transportation: There is no self parking option and it is a valet only hotel. I thought the $50 a day parking fee was very high, especially because that is in addition to the resort fee. At this point, when the hotel is not yet connected to the Deer Valley community, the parking situation needs a lot of work. The valet was busy at all times of the day. The shortest wait I had was 20 minutes. When valet is the only option, it should be well staffed. The one shuttle that comes every hour (even though the front desk told us it was every 30 minutes) fills up quickly leaving many to wait for the next shuttle. Again, with this hotel being 20 minutes away from Main Street, they should be running more shuttles. Service/staff: While the service was overall friendly, the communication was terrible. I had three people tell me different times for the shuttle. At the pool, there were no signs that the cabanas were reservation only, but a staff member came and asked me and three other families to move because the cabanas were reservation only. I was fine to move, but again, that’s a communication issue. In the end, even after a discount, I paid nearly $450 for one night. In my opinion, that was far too much for this hotel. Maybe in the future when they iron out some of the issues with transportation and communication, it will be worth the price.
