I didn't expect to stay in a hotel this great. I have come here with my family from overseas twice, and this hotel never failed to show great service, leisure, and food. The view of the rooms facing the river is also awesome! Finally, the massive spread at the complimentary breakfast buffet is nothing like you will ever see at a hotel. Great job Grand Hyatt Kochi, please keep this greatness up!

It is an amazing experience to stay here. I am just overwhelmed with their service, ambiance and specially the room location. Room is very well decorated and maintained too. I experienced a mesmerizing view from my balcony. They are serving a very good quality of food as per my demand.
