I enjoyed my stay here. I came to SF for baseball game. I walked to the game (“it’s downhill”) and took the bus back ($3). I didn’t do much except sleep and read and bathe in the hotel. The hotel is nicely located near Union Park and fancy shops. It’s an easy walk to Chinatown and City Lights bookstore. I wanted to be able to get places by walking or public transportation on my very brief stay and this hotel was located central to the places I wanted in my first trip to the city. The service is impeccable here. Honestly the staff is top notch. The shower was awesome. I loved the water. There is no fridge in the hotel room that I could find nor is there a pool but that’s not what I needed/wanted. I enjoyed my stay and I would return.
Stayed at the hotel beginning of June 2025 for a business/ leisure trip for 4 nights. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, super clean and environmentally friendly. I had an issue with the safe and it was resolved within minutes. Black out blinds operated from the head of the bed are a huge bonus. My special thanks for a team of a Concierge Desk, who was the most helpful and true ambassadors of their city. They shared a wealth of knowledge and insight tips to enjoy this beautiful city. Thank you for enjoyable stay.
The hotel was clean and I liked the location for our purposes. The staff were all very helpful and polite. We were able to walk from it to fisherman's wharf and check out Chinatown and other parts of San Francisco along the way. My kids loved seeing the crowds in Chinatown. We did pier 39 and alcatraz and explored the city on a double decker bus. The concierge at the hotel was very helpful as well. Of course the hotel also being seated in Union square made it easy to pop out and explore the shopping area as well.
