Had an amazing week in this hotel! Can't fault the services or facilities. Cleaner came in everyday and was given fresh towels daily. Thr entertainment made the evenings fun! Only disappointing aspect is that the icecreams were only available at dinner time.

Not beachfront but neighbouring properties must be annoyed as it is loud nightclub until 1am. Then you have drunks making noise in hallways. We stayed 7 night all inc. No issues with food or drink. Rooms were small we tried to get 2 adult 2 children but sofa could not be slept on it was too hard. Tip those who serve you well some workers are definately better than others. Reception a bit funny with me talking to me like i was stupid there are a lot of working class holiday makers staying mayve that was their view of English. Security is good. Lifts are small so expect to take the stairs a lot. Would say more adult based as limited things for children no activities the animation was for adults. The heated pool is not to UK standards of 29 degrees it felt same as outdoor pool around 18 degrees. It has hammam but expensive close to UK spa prices. Lack soundproofing as you can hear neighbours easily and even floor above clear conversations can be had. Overall is a 4 we paid around £28.10 per person per night with destination2

Just returned from 2 weeks here. This is an honest review from a first timer to 🇹🇷 Staff are mostly friendly but some are just rude. Hotel is constantly being cleaned which is great. We had a room on the 1st floor and was supposed to be for 2adults 1child. The room was tiny and the balcony non existent. It was honestly not fit for purpose, there was no way that it was usable at all. 2 chairs and a table which nobody could have sat at due to no space. If you had a young child/baby who you wanted to put to bed at say 9pm, forget it! The sound system was so loud and the entertainment directly in front of these rooms. This does stop at 11pm though. The cleaning lady was excellent and always left the room looking beautiful with fancy hearts and flowers from the sheets. The food - disappointed is the only thing we can say. It’s bland, flavourless and extremely repetitive. The pool - what a joke!! Unless you get up at 3/4am don’t expect a sunbed. Then if you get one be prepared to play sardines. They are so tightly packed together there is no room to move. The beds themselves are awful and incredibly uncomfortable and almost impossible to get on and off. Good luck getting in the pool too, it’s like the krypton factor just getting to the steps. Once in the pool there won’t be any room for you to enjoy it as it’s too small for the number of guests. The best place for us was the lounge at night where you could relax and enjoy a nice drink. Having no balcony meant this was our place to go after dinner to chill and chat or play cards. We tried the a la carte restaurant which you are entitled to book once during your stay. Not recommended for kids or fussy eaters take a look at the menu before you book! The security process at the airport is beyond a joke. I think we had to show passports 5 times before getting on the plane. Organisation is diabolical and made the process so much more complex than it needed to be. Overall compared to other holidays this was very disappointing considering the high prices you pay. We won’t be returning any time soon I’m afraid.
