Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak

We had such a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Seminyak. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Bali. The pool area was a real highlight, with plenty of space to unwind and a great atmosphere. Our little one absolutely loved the kids’ room, which was well-equipped and a fun place to play. A special shout out to Sura, who looked after us brilliantly at breakfast every morning. He was always friendly, attentive, and made sure our coffee and drinks arrived promptly – such a great start to the day! Overall, the combination of beautiful facilities, family-friendly amenities, and genuinely warm service made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seminyak.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Grand Mercure, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome in particular Winadi. He looked after me at the pool area a few times and made me feel very comfortable. A very friendly and cheerful staff member. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained – clean, modern, and elegantly designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. The housekeeping team deserves praise for keeping everything spotless and well-stocked throughout my stay. The on-site dining options were also impressive, with a great variety of dishes and attentive service. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Overall, the Grand Mercure exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of great facilities and truly outstanding staff made my stay memorable.
