The front desk upgraded it to [Deluxe Apartment King Room], which is about 35 square meters. The entrance has a sense of depth, and the microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and bathrobes are fully equipped, which is very suitable for short-term rentals and business trips; the bathroom area is square, the dry and wet separation area is spacious, the lighting design is very friendly for makeup, and the accessories are Rose Magnifique; the bedroom is surrounded by 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and smart guest control and wireless charging are standard features of new hotels, but the most important thing is a good sleep and beautiful views, these two points are very good. 🔸 Next to the public area, French retro beauty is the main theme of the design. Champagne gold is embellished with turquoise tones, luxury and freshness complement each other, exquisite and delicate yet warm and simple. At the same time, the hotel is inspired by the palace of the ancient Shu king and integrates the elegance of Shu style into the architectural texture. As a result, the modern and exquisite design has a hint of the mystery and solemnity of ancient Shu culture. 🔸 Finally, there is the gym, which is also one of the supporting facilities that I value most when staying in a hotel. It’s really fun to exercise in a gym with plenty of space, good lighting, complete facilities and few people... This Mercure perfectly meets these points, and has a separate yoga room where you can do bodyweight training or stretching, which is very private. 🔸 This hotel also has a special meaning to me. Огромный, неприятный и некомфортный отель, не соответствующий бренду Mercure или Accor. Плюсы: избыточно просторный номер и огромная кровать, впечатляющий дизайн интерьеров. 2 станции метро от аэропорта. На этом всё. Инструкций как добраться - нет, по почте говорят на какую станцию приехать, но не объясняют как добраться от станции - вечером пришлось идти наугад. Персонал знает на английском несколько слов, узнать что-то без переводчика невозможно. Требуют депозит, о котором нигде нет предупреждений, даже при бронировании с картой через их сайт, как в дешёвом отеле. Отель вроде новый, но многое или плохо сделано, или плохо содержится: царапанные и скрипучие лифты, неработающие сегменты освещения, торчащие трубы, грязное испорченное зеркало, отсутствие вентиляции в туалете, грязные холодные окна, не справляющийся кондиционер. Входная дверь без уплотнителя, трётся об пол. К WiFi неправильная инструкция по подключению, пришлось идти на ресепшн за помощью. Ресторан огромный, персонал на входе неприветливый. Завтрак частично китайский, частично континентальный (но странный не полный набор). Некоторые блюда неправильно подписаны, некоторые перепутаны. Ничего вкусного, но поесть вам удастся. В целом от 5-звёздочного отеля международной сети ожидаешь гораздо большего. Это был неприятный опыт.
