This hotel was probably one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were soo spacious with a very smart TV and 2 balconies. I really enjoyed the hallway with the mirrors as it gave a luxurious Great Gatsby sort of vibes if ykyk. My only complaints are that the breakfast was limited for Muslims. The toilet could've offered a shower head bidet for hygiene reasons. Everything was clean and upto date and the staff was friendly as well. The hotel is peaceful at a walking distance as well. Overall, 4/5.
Cons: Though I booked superior room, the size was extremely small for even a single person. Washroom has no exhaust or ventilation, so could not even inhale while using it. It sucks! Pros: amazing breakfast, room has got quality with respect to the interior and all. Place is prominently heart of the city.
Very disappointing experience – not recommended Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. When I checked in at 4 PM, the room was dirty - the floor and table had clearly not been cleaned, and there was dust and dirt visible. I immediately asked the receptionist to have the room cleaned, but was told that housekeeping had already left for the day. This is unacceptable, especially for a check-in time that late. I also requested a room change due to the condition, but was told the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked on Booking.com shortly after, I saw a room available (at a higher price), which makes me think they just didn't want to assist. The housekeeping service was unreliable, and when I addressed the cleanliness issue with one of the staff the next day - especially because we were traveling with a 2-year-old child - I was accused of lying. She insisted she cleaned the room properly, which was clearly not the case. At checkout, we were accused of losing a towel, even though only two towels were provided for a triple room at check-in. Again, this left a very unpleasant impression. While the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and professional, the rest of the staff were rude, cold, and unhelpful, even when we tried to approach them politely. I mentioned all of this to the receptionist, who said he would forward it to management, but no one followed up or offered any solution. This hotel experience was not worth the price. Cleanliness, basic courtesy, and proper service should be a given — and unfortunately, none of these were met during our stay.
