This hotel impressed me with its friendly staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and convenient location. It's a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Erbil. Just be aware that rooms facing the front street can be noisy due to the backup generator. If noise is a concern, request a room on the opposite side of the hotel for a quieter stay.
My mother and I traveled this summer and had an extended hospitable stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely warm, truly catering to your every need. They are devoted to serving excellent customer service. The welcoming atmosphere made it feel like home instead of a hotel. The rooms and interior design are very nice. Overall, the experience was delightful and pleasant. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED staying here if you are traveling to Erbil. Well-deserved 5 stars.
