I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Facilities were complete, and although the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it was still satisfying. Parking can be limited during peak seasons, but the hotel’s excellent location near main attractions makes it convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greeted with a smile, which made the stay even better.
Beautiful hotel with great staff. Comfortable beds and fantastic pillows-I want one! Breakfast buffet is huge-go for the breakfast included option. Not a great neighborhood but not dangerous. Restaurants How Kee and Tiny Elephant nearby are super clean and have delicious food at a good price.
Its a old hotel but in my opinion, it definitely is value for money. Food at the Brasserie cafe was good for breakfast. It is within walking distance of few tourist spot. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. However the room and utilities not well maintained. The facilities are so old, parking basement is so creepy and no direct elevator to the lobby. The room environment has weird smell, bed mattress is spoiled and cleanliness of the room still has very much room for improvement. If the management able to retouch the hotel room and facilities, its can list in one of best hotel at KB.
