Excellent spa complex. Wonderful pool on the roof - clean, quiet, beautiful. The restaurant has delicious dishes, interesting presentation, live music on weekends in the evening. The spa complex is clean, the bathhouse attendants are wonderful. I really enjoyed staying there, very good.

I would like to share an unpleasant situation related to the AVAX sports club in Krasnodar. In July 2024, we purchased season tickets for the whole family. To do this, we provided original documents - passports, birth certificates. By coincidence, the folder with the documents remained in the club. When we realized this and asked for help, the club employees refused to raise the cameras and said that they had not found anything. As a result, we had to restore all the documents, including foreign ones, through consulates - with great expense and stress. And now attention: in May 2025 (almost 10 months later!) the administrator calls us and says that the documents have been found. Without explanation, without apology, without the participation of the management. How can you handle the personal data of clients so irresponsibly? This is not just a forgotten thing - these are official documents of children and adults. I really hope that the AVAX management will pay attention to the work of its staff.

I don't understand the rave reviews. The rooms are disgusting, what 4 stars? One is too much for you. We just stopped by 608 and right out of the gate. Dirty walls, peeling wallpaper. And the light is normal only in the hallway area; in the rest of the room there are no ceiling lights, apparently to make the dirt more difficult to see. In the bathroom there is a rusty table, the glass of the shower is all covered in mold, felt coating, or maybe all of the above. The rain shower flows, it drips directly on your head, whether you like it or not, you will have to wash it. The bathroom door is covered in white film, terrible. There is a yellow coating in the toilet. The sink faucet is stained. The pillows are the cheapest synthetic padding, covered in lumps. Even the robes were disappointing, all with loose threads. Conclusion, we can’t get our money back (and that’s 20 thousand per night for a minute in such a terrible room), but we can still help you, don’t book rooms here, you’ll be disappointed. P.S. My outrage cannot be expressed, if this happens in the rooms, then I don’t even want to think about going to the spa. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would gladly give it
