First share my bad experience is early present in the resort some people mentioned early entry Though I researve by Gozayean Online platfrom. Authorities allowed their own platfrom reservation but not allowed online platform thats might be a noticeable point I can try contract 8:00 am manager he also said that they not be considered for this issue that's a great scared. They called that's an thired party issue. So I can suggest booking.com,Tripadvisor , Agoda , ShareTrip ,Gozayen follower must be alert. Stayed 4–5 August and really enjoyed my time here. The resort’s location is stunning—surrounded by tea gardens and greenery, it’s a perfect escape from the city. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. But floor mat very bad as five star hotel that is bad experience for me .Amenities toothpaste is really very small not expected this,If authority saw this that might be change I hope. The swimming pool was a highlight—large, well-maintained, and very relaxing. I also liked the unique touches like the library and movie theater. Staff were generally friendly, though the reception could have been warmer. Complementary buffet breakfast is excellent. You must be present 7:00 am to 10:00 am they timely close buffet breakfast. Signature bridge is mostly recommended for pic capture. Food was fresh but the buffet variety was limited for the price. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay. Great for families, couples, or anyone wanting a peaceful break with plenty of amenities.
We stayed at Grand Sultan Resort after experiencing The Palace, which was impeccable in every way — sadly, Grand Sultan was a huge disappointment. When it rained, we asked for umbrellas for our group of four, but they only gave us one, even after repeatedly requesting more. Seriously? On top of that, the security guards were unbelievably rude and dismissive, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. For the high price they charge, you expect good hospitality and respect, but we got neither. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free getaway.
