This hotel is very close to Ciputra mall and Central Park. Cleanliness and service are also excellent, I was really helped by the friendly reception staff named Kendry. He's really great! Worth the price and recommend for those who want to stay in West Jakarta and not too far from the airport.
Actually the room 615 is smell bad (smoke) even the receptionist told that this room is non smoking. The shower also not in a good condition The only I satisfied is the breakfast menu. Thanks
I am not allowed to refill mineral water into my tumbler at resto hotel, eventho im a guest hotel. No despenser at all but at resto. Dirty carpet at room. Old freakin hotel. What kind of service is that?
