Highly recommended! Room is good size. Clean and quiet! Staffs are very friendly with professional service. Location is super convenient! Only 3 min walk to MRT station Miramar shopping mall is just right next to hotel.
The hotel is beautiful. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious with nice views. Bed was super comfy. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. Plenty of free water provided. I was however, a little disappointed in the lack of room amenities. No cotton buds, shower caps etc that used to be placed in bathrooms for guest convenience. And no coffee or tea - but there were cups and a kettle! The hotel has a Michelin star steakhouse and there is a Michelin star Taiwanese restaurant nearby. There is a metro station nearby as are convenience stores. The area is lovely & green and safe.
I've had a business conference there this cannot tell about the rooms. They had snacks and good place for large gatherings. On the snacks they had halal options marked which was very helpful for us. They were tasty as well. Recommended.
