It is the staff that make a hotel and this hotel has great staff from the front desk to the maid service to the pool guy they are all so friendly and do a great job. The hotel manager should be proud of them. The beach is a short walk away but we popped down the path a few times on the bike and there were sunbeds and umbrellas down there so it wasn’t an issue. We stayed 10 nights and had a great time - the breakfast was excellent- such a nice choice of food.
Clean room, tasty breakfast, and a beautifully designed pool area. I stayed for 10 days and truly felt it was the best value for the price. Would love to come back!
For me, Grand Whiz Nusa Dua deserves all 5 stars rating, because: Strongest point is position as it is located inside the premium ITDC area with dedicated pathway access to the beach (next to the entrance of Sofitel); second is the rooms they are relatively spacious for that rate, well maintained, clean plus large swimming pool; then the service, staff so friendly and responsive. Highly recommended hotel as considerations when staying in Nusa Dua area.
