Superior room clean and comfortable enough. Great room view. Foods are okay. Staff are nice and helpful. My only complaint is that when waiting for the elevator, there's no indicator to show where the elevator currently is. Not knowing where the elevator is adds uncertainty and make the wait feel longer and frustrating.

My phone, which had all my apps, my bank e-card, etc was totally dysfunctional. Mr Bintang at the front desk kindly helped with service, from waking me up on time, to ordering taxi through his phone and making sure I get to my airport on time. Many thanks! Overall, a quiet and clean 3-4 star hotel, excellent at providing basic essentials. No frills, and much cheaper than others in the vicinity.

I wanna share my experience to have staycation overhere, staying one night for weekend, n have good deal by tripmcom. I got 477k IDR for superior twin room with city views include breakfast. Quite nice. The room is not that big, but clean, the AC not really cool enough tbh, maybe bcz of the weather but I don't think so. I got bit dispointed by check in process, have long line n toke me more than 30 minutes for wait the rooms ready. And also, the Ac is not work so well in the lobby. Over all is quite nice, but I only complain about the AC. And if u put the food in desk, there are a lot of ants coming. The location is good, there r mall downstair but don't have many choices of restaurant if u want to buy. The hotel is mix with the apartment, only different level and loby maybe. the pools is big n many family n kids will swimming there. If u expecting something quite place n calm to stay is not recommended, bcz the hotel location literally nearby the roads which is u can hear of the cars n motorbike noice. I recommend to stay here if u looking for hotel which is good location and easy to reach out. Straight away connected with Lebak Bulus MRT.
