Grandiose Fairway Galle

I stayed in Fairways Galle Apartments for two months, managed by Serviced Apartments LK. Dilan was the manager that took care of everything and he was really great to work with! The process was easy and very organized and Dilan was very accommodating with managing the multiple viewings, same day move in, payment, deposit, and contract. During our stay, Dilan was always available, even after work hours and weekends! He responded quickly and always cooperative. When our fridge wasn’t working properly, he acted quickly to get a proper manufacturer technician to fix it and even provided a temporary fridge to use till it was fixed. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our two months in Fairways thanks to Dilan!

Dilan is a superb manager of his very well maintained apartments. We’ve rented a few from him over a 6 month period and have been extremely happy with our accomodation. It’s only after leaving them for new places in other countries that we really know how good we had it.

DONT BOOK! Their extra driver service can potentially cost your life! My in laws rented through Dilan, the place was filled with ants. They used his driver service to drop off to the airport. They drove in the middle of the night in a car with a windshield so dirty so the car would slow down when incoming cars. The lights didn’t work properly. They couldn’t communicate at all to the driver. He didn’t speak English. They were very scared. Thankfully the car broke drown and they waited one hour for a new car. They are lucky they are alive and they didn’t miss their flight. When I reached out there was no help. I reached out several times to Dilan for help and assistance to report this incident. He didn’t even bother to provide me with his full name or details of the driver agency. As long as he got his money for the accommodation he doesn’t really care what happens next for his guest even though he makes the referral to drivers. BE CAREFUL AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
