Stay here during Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Location near main road, just nearby Sg Petani S toll. Hotel near to restaurants and shops (e.g. Zus Coffee, Mixue, FamilyMart & pharmacies). Room is big and comfort. Price reasonable especially on festive season.
Based on my 3 days and 2 nights experience in this hotel, I don’t recommend for you to book a single bed room because it’s not worth it. The most downside about the hotel is the slow running water for shower! Can’t even enjoy the bath which I am personally would love to do every time I’m in a hotel. It’s a 4 stars hotel in Google maps but the water pump is not even working properly, there’s no toilet paper provided and they charge you RM30 +/- for service fee which I think very inappropriate given the condition I’ve experienced. Also, you can hear loud door noise being closed even at 10 P.M. makes me feel really uncomfortable. Otherwise, the place is tidy, the air-conditioner works well, bed is comfy.
Very bad hotel ever ,I had booked thru AGODA,when I booking the room shows SOLD OUT then I get out from the system as well. After about fe hours later I had message that my account deducted such amount from Agoda under Greencity hotel??! Then I found something went wrong then quickly contacted the hotel and ask the receptionist,by then the receptionist told me that my book was confirmed by Agoda ! Then I told the receptionist that when I try to book the room it shows sold out then I already back. I requested to cancel the booking as it’s not my fault! The Receptionist refused and ask me to Contacts Agoda ,then i called Agoda and told them to cancel the booking as the Booking done without my knowledge ? But Agoda push me again to the hotel to cancel and once the hotel cancel they can cancel the Booking. But for few hours they keep pushing me here and there without helping me to settle my prolem ! Again I requested to Atleast change the date but no answer from the hotel and Agoda .And i taking the responsible for something that is not my fault and my money just taken by the hotel and Agoda for FREE.VERY BAD SYSTEM AND SPOIL PEOPLE MONEY.
