Grids Premium Hotel Osaka Namba

When I was booking this hotel with my parents I expected it to be bigger(that might have been the angle of the photo) and it wasn’t( I didn’t mind and it was the size distortion of the photo) the hotel provided free toiletries such as tooth brushes, coffee etc. The rooms seemed small but they were extremely comfortable and I enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed. The staff were very nice and friendly. Although the location to the stations were quite far and a long walk but the hotel counter be blamed for it but the location was a bit far. Overall an excellent experience and the extra steps are appreciated.

Absolutely amazing, my family got a twin bed with bunk room and it was just phenomenal. It felt like a five star hotel but smaller. Just too perfect. I was there on August 1st to like August 4th. Highly recommend coming here. You shouldn’t listen to the people who rate your hotel one star

Stayed here recently and booked two rooms. The hotel is in a great location—close to the train station, markets, and shopping areas. Everything was clean and well-maintained, modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the room size. They’re quite compact and might be more comfortable for solo travelers. For two people with a couple of suitcases, space gets tight quickly. Overall, a good option if location and cleanliness are your priorities, especially for short stays or if you’re traveling light.
